Answer:

[(5+3√3)/(7+4√3)]*[(7-4√3)/(7-4√3)] = x+y√3,

=> [35+21√3+20√3+36]/[49-48] = x+y√3,

=> (71+41√3)/1 = x+y√3,

Therefore,

x = 71,

y = 41.
