A\subset means A is subset of B or all elements of set A belongs to set B.
e.g., if A\subset B and x\in A then definitely x\in B
but if x\notin B then, x\notin A

here, it is given that,
A\subset B and x\notin B
then, definitely x\notin A.

hence, the given statement is true.
