m +  \frac{1}{ m}  = 7 \\  \\  {m}^{3}  +  \frac{1}{m {}^{3} }  = ? \\  \\{m}^{3} + \frac{1}{m {}^{3} } = (m +  \frac{1}{m} ) {}^{3}  - 3.m. \frac{1}{m} (m +  \frac{1}{m} ) \\  \\  = (7) {}^{3}  - 3 \times 7 \\  \\  = 343 - 21 \\  \\  = 322 \\  \\
