Step-by-step explanation:

x² + 5x + 1 =0 say eq. 1

ax² + bx + c = 0 say eq. 2

comparing both equations 1 & 2 , we get ,

a = 1

b = 5

c = 1

According to question

a + b + c

put the value of a , b & c

1 + 5 + 1 = 7

the minimum value of a + b + c is 7
