x² + 2/3 x + 1/9 = 0

middle term can be split as 1/3 x + 1/3 x

=> x² + 1/3 x + 1/3 x + 1/9 = 0

=> x (x + 1/3) + 1/3 ( x + 1/3) = 0

=> (x + 1/3) ( x + 1/3 ) = 0.

=> x = - 1/3
