z=-5+4i. (i=√-1)

z+5=4i

(z+5)^2=-16

 {z}^{2}  + 10z + 41 = 0

divide

  {z}^{4}  + 9 {z}^{3}  + 35 {z}^{2}  - z + 4

by this and u get a reminder put value of z and that will be your answer
