if the 1 root of equations is 2 2x^ + kx +b=0 then find the value of k​

So,,,,

2x^2 + kx + 6 = 0

2(2)^2 + k (2) + 6 = 0

8 + 2k + 6 = 0

14 + 2k = 0

2k = -14

K = -7

If there is b then solution is___::::_

2x^2 + kx + b = 0

2(2)^2 + 2k +b = 0

8 + 2k = -b

K = -(b+8)/2
