10th term is = a+9d,
17th term = a+16d,
13th term =a+12d,
difference of 17th and 13th = a+16d - a - 12d = 4d,
so 4d=20 then d=5, 
10th term = 52,
a + 9*5 = 52 then a=7, so this AP can be , 7, 12,17,22,27, 32, 37, 42, 47...
