But a12=34

a+11d=34...(2)

And, it is said that 10th term of an AP is seven times the second term

a+9d=7(a+d)

7a+7d=a+9d

6a-2d=0

3a-d=0...(1)×11

33a-11d=0...(3)

(2)+(3), we get

34a=34

a=1

putting this value in (3), we get

33=11d

d=3
