Given

a+(3-1)d= 4

a+(9-1)d=-8

So, a+8d=-8

a+2d=4

So, 6d= -12

d= -2

By putting value of d, we get the value of a= 8

So, 0= 8+ (n-1)-2

or 0= 8-n+2

or 0= 10-n

So, the nth term will be 10
