if the 7th term is 49 and 17 th term is 289 in an AP find the first term and common difference

7 th term is 49

17 th term is 289

289-49÷17-7=

240÷10= 24

then

24 is the common difference

1term =24-23×d

=1×24

= 24

then the sequence is 24,48,72......
