If the 7th term of an ap is 119 and the 9th term is 1.7 find its 63rd term

a+6d=119......(1)

a+8d=17.......(2)

(2)-(1)

2d=-102

d= -51

Put d=-51 in equation (1)

a=119+306=425

63rd term=a+62d

=425+62(-51)

=-2737
