if the absence of honey bees, the yield of sunflower goes down tremendously .why?

The honey bee was one of the pollinators that pollinate pollen grain of male part of flower to female by mistake, they don't know that the sucking nectar of the flower is helping in pollination. Without pollination in plants, reproduction does not occur and without repel the flower yield goes down tremendously
