Given that,
The refractive index of water is n1=1.5
The refractive index of water is n2=4/3

We know that the refractive index of air to water is given by the reciprocal of the refractive index of water to air

n=1/(4/3) =3/4

Refractive index of glass water is =(refractive index of glass with respect to air)•(refractive index of air with respect to water) =3/2•3/4=9/8

Refractive index of water with respect to glass=1/9/8=8/9
