Let,

the sides be 4x and 5x

we know that,

perimeter = 2(sum of adjacent sides)

180 = 2(4x+5x)  

180/2 = 9x

90 = 9x

90/9 = x

10=x

then

5x = 50

4x = 40

The adjacent sides are 40 and 50

We know that,

in a parallelogram,opposite sides are equal

so,

sides are 40,50,40,50
