There is no confirmed amplitude to loudness relation(by my knowledge), other than loudness being proportional to amplitude. Although Loudness could not be solely related to amplitude because the term amplitude in a wave has a figurative representation (The height of crest or depth of trough) while loudness of a sound depends upon the surroundings, the medium, the observer perceiving the sound.
