Let other angles = x

I mean,

Second angle = x
Third angle = x
Fourth angle = x,

=> x+ x + x + 120° = 360°

=> 3x + 120° = 360°

=> 3x = 360° - 120°

=> 3x = 240°

=> x = 240°/3

=> x = 80°

Hence,

Second angle = x = 80°
Third angle = x = 80°
Fourth angle = x = 80°
