Now , According to the Question

4(90-x) = 2 (180-x) -10

→ 360 -4x = 360 -2x -10

→ 360 -4x = 350 -2x

→ 360 -350 = -2x +4x

→ 10 = 2x

→ x = 10/2

→ x = 5°

Therefore the measure of angle is 5° .
