By angle sum property of a quadrilateral,
Sum of All interior angles of a quadrilateral is 360°

→x+(2x+13)+(3x+10)+(x-6)=360°
→7x+17=360
→7x=360-17
→7x=343
→x=343/7=49°

So x=49° is your answer.

Hope it helps,

Leukonov.
