It is a scalene triangle because all its sides are of different length.
Let the angles be 3x, 7x and 10x
Then, 3x + 7x + 10x = 180
x = 9
10 x = 90°
Since one angle is 90° It is a RIGHT-ANGLED TRIANGLE.

Hey there !!!!!!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ratio of angles 3:7:10
Sum of angles in a triangle = 180
3x+7x+10x =180
20x=180
x=9
A= 3x = 3*9 = 27
B= 7x = 7*9 = 63
C= 10x = 10*9 = 90
Angle C is 90
So triangle ABC is a right angled triangle and as all angles are unequal it is also a Scalene triangle.
