let all the angle of triangle be in x form

so,

1/3x + 1/2x + 2/3x = 180° ( angle sum property of triangle)

(2+3+4)/6X = 180° ( LCM = 6)

9/6 x = 180°

x = (180 ×6)/9

x = 120

putting the value of x we get,

(1/3)×120=40°

(1/2)×120=60°

(2/3)×120=80°

THE VALUE OF SMALEST ANGLE IS 40°

ITS RATIO IS 1/3
