let the angle be x

1x+3x+2x+4x=360                           (Angle sum Property pf quadirateral)

10x=360

x=360/10

x=36

1st angle=1x=36*1=36

2nd angle=3x=36*3=108

3rd angle= 2x=72

4th angle=4x=4*36=144

so the angles of quadirateral are 36,108,72,144

144>108>72>36

so the greatest angle is 144 degree

so the correct option is d) 144 degree
