Let,

The Angles of Quadrilaterals be 4x,3x,4x,7x degrees

We know that sum of all the angles of a Quadrilateral =360 degree

4x+3x+4x+7x=360 degree

18x =360

x =360/18

=20 degree

Measure of Angles of a quadrilateral

4x=4*20=80 degree

3x=3*20=60 degree

4x=4*20=80 degree

7x=7*20=140 degree

Hence, the largest angle of the quadrilateral =7x=140 Degree
