2x +3x+4x =180
x=20
2x=2×20=40- smallest
3x=3×20=60
4x=4×20=80 - greatest
greatest - smallest
80-40=40
answer=40

The angles are 2x,3x, 4x
the sum of all angles in a triangle is 180
therefore,2x+3x+4x=180
9x=180
x=20
2x=2×20=40
3x=3×20=60
4x=4×20=80
therefore,difference between between greatest and smallest is 80-40=40
smallest angle=40
greatest angle=80
