let the common ratio be X .
then, first side=2x ,second side=3x , third side =4x
2x+3x+4x=180
9x=180
X=20
smallest side =2x=2*20=40
greatest side=4x=4*20=80
difference=80-40=40 ans

Let the angles of triangle be 2x,3x,4x

sum of three angles of Δ is 180°

∴2x+3x+4X=180°

9x=180°

x=20°

∵2x=40° , 3x=60° , 4x=80°

now greatest angles is 80° nd smallest angle is 40°

difference =80-40=40

hope this will help
