\pi {r}^{2}  = 2464 \\   \frac{22}{7}  \times  {p}^{2} \:  = 2464 \\  {p}^{2}  =  \frac{(2464) \times 7}{22} cm \:  \\  {p}^{2}  = 784 \\  {p}^{2}   \sqrt{784}  = 28

Given:

  • The area of a circular ground is 2464 sq.m

To find:

  • Its radius is equal to ?

Solution:

• Let's consider the Radius be r.

Here,

  • Area = 2464m²
  • Shape = Circle

⠀⠀━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⠀

« Now, Finding radius of the circular ground,

Area of a circle = πr²

→ 22/7 × r² = 2464

→ r² = 2464 × 7/22

→ r² = 112 × 7

→ r² = 784m

r = √784

r = 28m

∴ Hence, Radius of the circular ground is 28m.
