If the area of a parallelogram is 16 cm^2 and base is 8 cm, find the height.

Given

Area of parallelogram = 16 cm^2

Base = 8cm

let height is h

Now

Area of parallelogram = 16

Base × height = 16

8× h = 16

h = 16/8

h = 2 cm

A = B/H

SOLVING FOR H :
