It is given that area of rectangle is 1m^2

so,
area =1m^2 =10000cm

ar. of rectangle= length × breadth

10000/80= length

length = 125 cm

prakashkis: Yes

hey!!

here is ur answer!!

Given,

The breadth of rectangle = 80 cm

Let the length of rectangle be L cm.

Area of the given rectangle = 1 m sq = 10000 cm

As we know,

Area = Length * breadth

= L * 80

Length = Area/ breadth

= 10000/ 80

= 125

Thus the length of rectangle is 125 cm..

hope it helps!!

prakashkis: Thanks
