so, l=31+x
l*b=area of a rectangle
31+x*x=360cm sq.
31+2x=360 cm sq.
2x=360-31
2x=329cm
x=329/2=164.5cm
b=x=164.5cm
l=x+31=164.5+31=195.5
P=2[l+b]
=2[195.5+164.5]=2*360=720cm sq.
