Answer:

Perimeter of Hexagon is 48m.

Step-by-step explanation:

area \: of \: hexgom  \:   =  \frac{3 \sqrt{3} }{2}  {side}^{2}

96√3 = (3√3 ÷2) X side²

(96√3 X 2) ÷ 3√3 = side²

64 = side²

(taking square root both side)

side = 8m

perimeter \: of \: hexagn \:  = 6 \times side

Perimeter = 6 X 8m = 48m

Given:

If the area of a regular hexagon is 96✓3m²

To Find:

Find its perimeter.

Solution:

It is given that area of a regular hexagon is  96✓3m², the formula for the area of the regular hexagon is,

A=\frac{3\sqrt{3} a^2}{2}

where,

          a= side of the hexagon

Now put the value of the area to find the side of the regular hexagon,

A=\frac{3\sqrt{3} a^2}{2}\\96\sqrt{3} =\frac{3\sqrt{3} a^2}{2}\\\\a^2=64\\a=8m

So the side of the regular hexagon is 8m, now the perimeter of the hexagon will be,

P=6a\\=6*8\\=48cm

Hence, the perimeter of the regular hexagon is 48cm.
