hey mate ....

area of rhombus = multipling the lenght of the diahonals and then dividing by 2

24 = (8x)/2

24 = 4x

so x = 6 cm

hope it helpz uh

Answer :-

→ 5 cm .

Step-by-step explanation :-

Given :-

→ Area of rhombus = 20 cm².

→ One of the diagonal of rhombus ( d1 ) = 8 cm .

To find :-

→ Other diagonal of rhombus ( d2 ) .

Formula to be used :-

→ Area of rhombus = ½ × d1 × d2 .

Solution :-

We know that,

°•° Area of rhombus = ½ × d1 × d2 .

 \sf \implies20 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 8 \times d2. \\  \\   \sf \implies20 = 4 \times d2. \\  \\  \sf \implies d2 =  \frac{20}{4} . \\   \\  \huge \pink{ \boxed{ \it \therefore d2 = 5cm.}}

Hence , the length of other diagonal is 5 cm .
