area =product of diagonals /2
96= 16*y/2
y=12
dividing both diagonals by 2
x=8
y=6
by Pythagoras theorem
8^2 +6^2= side^2
64 +36=side^2
side=10
perimeter=4 *side
perimeter=40cm
