if the area of a ring is 147πcmsq. and the radius of the bigger circle is 2 times the radius of the smaller circle,find the radii of both the circles.

Let’s assume both the square side length and the circle radius are the same length. Clearly the square is smaller than the circle. To make then have the same area, we need to make the square bigger or the circle smaller. This will result in the side of the square being longer.
