Answer:

19.80cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of semicircle = \pir^2/2

154=3.14*r^2/2

=>154*2=3.14*r^2

=>308/3.14=r^2

=>98.08=r^2

=>9.90 = r

diameter= 2r=2*9.90=19.80cm

ɢɪVEɴ :–

• Area of semi circle = 154 cm²

TO FIND :–

• Diameter of circle = ?

SOLUTION :–

 \longrightarrow \: Area of the circle =\pi {r}^{2}

 \longrightarrow \: Area of semi\:circle= \frac{1}{2} \pi {r}^{2}

☯ According to the Question.

 \longrightarrow \frac{1}{2} \pi {r}^{2}  = 154

 \longrightarrow \: \pi {r}^{2}  \implies \: 154 \times 2

 \longrightarrow \frac{22}{7}  {r}^{2}  = 308

 {r}^{2}  = 308 \times  \frac{7}{22}

 {r}^{2}  = 98

r =  \sqrt{98}

And

 \longrightarrow\:Diameter= 2r

 \longrightarrow \: Diameter  = 2 (\sqrt{98} )

 \longrightarrow \: Diameter = 14 \sqrt{2} cm
