Answer:

In order to solve this question, we need to know the value of L (L = length of each side of the square).

The perimeter of any shape (apart from a circle ) is obtained simply by the addition of all it's sides.

The perimeter of a square is the addition of the four sides of the square. That is;

P = L+L+L+L ( all the sides are equal for a square)

OR Simply;

P = 4 × L

But P = 16; that means;

16 = 4L Or

4L = 16

To get L, divide both sides by the hindrance to the freedom of L, that is 4.

We have;

4L/4 = 16/4

L = 4

Now find the Area of the square;

Area of a square = L × L Or simply; L²

A = L× L; But L = 4;

A = 4×4

A = 16m²

Answer:

Required Answer :-

Given :-

Area of field is 16 m²

To Find :-

Perimeter

Solution :-

As we know that

 {\boxed{\pink{\underline{ \mathfrak {Area =  {side}^{2} }}}}}

 \sf \:  \:  \:  \:   :  \implies \: 16 =  {side}^{2}

 \sf  :  \implies  \:  \:  \:   \sqrt{16}  = side

 \frak \red{side = 4 \: m}

Now,

 {\boxed{\frak{ \pink{Perimeter = 4s}}}}

 \sf  \ratio \implies Perimeter = 4(4)

 \sf \ratio \implies \: Perimeter = 16 \: m
