Given :-

• Side of a square is 9cm.

• Breadth of a rectangle is 3 cm

• area of square = area of rectangle

To Find :-

• Perimeter of the rectangle.

__________________________

Area of a square = (side)²

=> (9)²

=> 81

Area of square = Area of rectangle = 81 cm²

__________________________

Let the Length of the rectangle be x

Then,

Area of a rectangle = Length × Breadth

=> 81 = 3 × x

=> 81 = 3x

=> x = 81/3

=> x = 27

Length of the triangle = 27 cm

__________________________

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 ( length + breadth )

=> 2 ( 27 + 3 )

=> 2 ( 30 )

=> 60

Hence, the Perimeter of the rectangle is 60 cm
