Given :

  • Area of Trapezium is 84.5 cm² .
  • Length of parallel sides is 15.2 cm and 10.8 cm respectively .

To Find :

  • Height of Trapezium .

Solution :

\longmapsto\tt{Parallel\:Sides=10.8\:cm\:and\:84.5\:cm}

Using Formula :

\longmapsto\tt\boxed{Area\:of\:Trapezium=\dfrac{1}{2}\times{(Sum\:of\:parallel\:sides)}\times{h}}

Putting Values :

\longmapsto\tt{84.5=\dfrac{1}{2}\times{(15.2+10.8)}\times{h}}

\longmapsto\tt{84.5\times{2}=26\:h}

\longmapsto\tt{169=26\:h}

\longmapsto\tt{h=\cancel\dfrac{169}{26}}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{h=6.5\:cm}

So , The Height of Trapezium is 6.5 cm .
