if the area of an equalateral triangle is 36√3 cm square , find its height

Here is ur answer !!!

Area of equilateral triangle = √3 a²/4

36√3 = √3 a²/4

a = 12

Height = √3 a/2 = 6√3

Let the side of square be a


Area of equilateral triangle = √3 /4 × (a)^2

According to question, we have

√3 /4 × (a)^2 = 36√3

a^2 = 144

a = 12 cm ( because length can't be negative)

Now height of euilateral triangle =√3 /2 × a

=√3 /2 × 12

= 6√3 cm
