According to heron's formula :

Area of equilateral triangle = √3/4a²

81√3 = √3/4a²

On cancelling √3 with √3 :

81 = a²/4

a = √324

a = 18 cm

Base = 18 cm

Area of the triangle = 81√3 cm²

½×b×h = 81√3

h = 81√3×2/18

Height = 9√3 cm
