Given: Area of an equilateral triangle = 16\sqrt{3} cm square.

We know that:

Area of an equilateral triangle is given as, A = \frac{\sqrt{3}}{4} a^{2} (where a is the side of the triangle).

Therefore,

 \frac{\sqrt{3}}{4} a^{2} = 16\sqrt{3}

Using cross multiplication:

 a^{2}  =  16\sqrt{3}  * \frac{4}{\sqrt{3}}

 a^{2}  = 16 * 4

 a^{2}  = 64

a =  \sqrt{64}

a = 8

Hence, side of the triangle will be 8 cm.
