Solution:

We know that the area of equilateral triangle is;

$= > \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} {a}^{2}$

Therefore,

$= > \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} {a}^{2} = 27 \sqrt{3} \\ \\ = > {a}^{2} = 27 \times 4 \\ \\ = > {a}^{2} = 108 \\ \\ = > a = \sqrt{108} \\ \\ = > a = 10.39$

Now,

Perimeter of triangle is = 3× side

=) 3× 10.39

=) 31.17
