Step-by-step explanation:

Area of equilateral triangle = √3/4 x a^2 , where a is the side of the triangle

Given that , √3/4 x a^2 = 36√3cm^2.

On cancelling √3 and transpossing 4 to RHS,

(side)2=36×4

              =9×4×4

              =(4×3)^2

     side=√(12)^2 = 12 cm.

perimeter =3×a, where a is the side

                 =3×12

                 =36cm
