Since it's an isoceles triangle, its base and height would be same
Hypotenuse would not be same because it's the longest side.
So let's say base = height = h
=> area = 1/2 × base × height = 8
=> area = 1/2 × h × h = 8
=> h² = 8 × 2
=> h² = 16
=> h = √16
=> h = 4cm
Now h = base = height = 4cm
Now we know that hypotenuse² = base² + height²
=> hypotenuse = √(4² + 4²)
=> hypotenuse = √(16 + 16)
=> hypotenuse = √32
=> hypotenuse = 4√2
Perimeter = sum of sides
=> perimeter.= 4 + 4 + 4√2
=> perimeter = 8 + 4√2
Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️✌️
