As we know that the area of equilateral triangle is given by,

⇒ 36√3 = √3/4 × (side)²
⇒ 36√3 × 4 = √3 × (side)²
⇒ 144√3 = √3 × (side)²
⇒ (12)²√3 = √3 × (side)²
On comparing both the sides we get,

⇒ Side = 12 units.
