Area of circle = 154cm²

\pi =  \frac{22}{7}

perimeter of circle=?

\huge\sf\underline{\underline{\pink{ Answer:-}}}

Let the radius of circle be r cm.

Now the area of circle⇒πr²=154cm²

 \frac{22}{7}  \times r {}^{2}  = 154 \: cm {}^{2}

r {}^{2}  =  \frac{154 \times 7}{22}

r {}^{2}  = 49

r = 7cm

Perimeter of the circle=Circumference

 =  > 2\pi \: r

2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7

 =  > 44cm

44cm is the perimeter of circle.

Given :

  • Area of Circle = 154 cm²

To find :

  • Perimeter of Circle = ?

Formula required :

  • Formula for Area of circle

     Area of circle = π r²

  • Formula for perimeter of circle

    Perimeter of circle = 2 π r

[ Where r is the radius of circle ]

Calculation :

As given,

→Area of circle = 154 cm²

→ π r² = 154 cm²

→ r² = 154 / π

→ r² = 154 × 7 / 22

→ r² = 49

→ r = √49

r = 7 cm

Therefore,

Radius of Circle is 7 cm.

so,

→ Perimeter of circle = 2 π r

→ Perimeter of circle = 2 × 22/7 × 7

Perimeter of circle = 44 cm

Therefore,

  • perimeter of the Circle would be 44 cms.
