Concept Introduction: Pressure is force divided by per unit area.

Given:

We have been Given: Area of head is

15 cm \times 15cm = 225 \:  {cm}^{2}  = 225 \times  {10}^{ - 4}  {m}^{2}

To Find:

We have to Find: Weight of Air on the head.

Solution:

According to the problem, Area of head is

225 \times  {10}^{ - 4}  {m}^{2}

Now, Atmospheric Pressure of air is

1.01 \times  {10}^{5}  n {m}^{ - 2}

therefore, according to the formula,

p =  \frac{f}{a}  \\ f = a \times p

so putting the values in the equation,

f = 225 \times  {10}^{ - 4}  \times 1.01 \times  {10}^{5}

that gives us,

2272.5 \: n = 227.25 \: kg

Final Answer: Weight of Air on the head is,

227.25 \: kg
