Answer :-

▪ Height of parallelogram (h) = \boxed{\textsf{\textbf{\red{35\:cm}}}}

Given :-

▪ Area of parallelogram (A) = 1470 cm²

▪ Base length (b) = 42 cm

To find :-

▪ Height of parallelogram.

Formula used :-

\boxed{\sf{\color{navy}{A=b\times h}}}

Solution :-

{\sf{A=b\times h}}

{\sf{1470 =42 \times h}}

{\sf{h=\dfrac{1470}{42} =}}\rm{\red{35\:cm}}

Correct Question :-

If the area of parllelogram is 1470 cm and it's base42 cm find the height.

Given :-

  • Area of parallelogram = 1470
  • Base of parallelogram = 42

To Find :-

  • Height of parallelogram .

Solution :-

As we know that

area of parallelogram = Base × Height

From given,

  • B = 42
  • A = 1470

Now, Substituting the values in the formula

42 × H = 1470

h = 1470/42

h = 35 cm

Therefore, height if parallelogram is 35 cm .
