Let altitude of parallelogram be = x cm

Base = 12cm

Area of parallelogram = base × height= 64 cm

ATQ

Area of parallelogram = base × height

64 = 12 × x

64/12 = x

16/3 = x

There fore the altitude of parallelogram is 16/3 cm
