Let the square be of side a
And the rectangle be of length and breadth; l and b
Given;
Area of Square = Area of Rectangle
ie, a² = l x b ---(1)

Also, given;
Length of the rectangle = Perimeter of square
ie, l = 4a

Substituting in (1) we have;
a² = 4a x b
b = a² / (4a)
b = a/4

Therefore, the breadth of the rectangle is a quarter of the side of the square.

I hope this is the required answer.
Good luck, friend : )
