Area of rectangle(A) = length(l) × breadth(b)

Given: A=300 m^2

b=5 m

300 = l × 5

l =300/5

l= 60 m.

So, the length of the rectangle is 60 m.

Given :-

  • Breadth = 5 m
  • Area = 300 m²

To find :- Length = ?

Solution :-

Let length be = l

Formula = Area = length × Breadth

Therefore,

Area = Length × Breadth

=> 300 = Length × 5

=> Length = 300 / 5

=> Length = 60 m
